Studio to be featured on groupon.com

Intro Schedule

If you are thinking about attending class at Adult Dance & Fitness, you have to check out our intro program. It's the perfect way to get to know the studio without spending a lot of money.

Intro Class ($15 - on sale for $12)
You can take any one class in the studio.

Intro to Pole:
Monday's - 7-8pm
Saturday's 1-2pm

Intro to Silks:
Wednesday's 8-9pm

Intro to aerial hoop
Monday's 6:00-6:30pm

Intro to dance trapeze
Monday's 6:30-7:00pm

Or, you can take nay hip hop, jazz, zumba, kick boxing, belly dancing, ballroom or chair dancing class with your intro class purchase.

The studio is holding tryouts for it's aerial/pole/dance performing group.

Saturday, February 12th
2:00-7:00pm
Advanced levels of every apparatus welcome!
*Must be able to perform on at least two apparatus' (pole, aerial silk, trapeze, hoop)

Requirements:
Pole
Must complete a three minute choreographed routine, incorporating the following moves: Hand spring, twisted grip invert, controlled shoulder mount, ayesha

Aerial Silk
Must complete a three minute choreographed routine, incorporating the following moves: Proper hip key, Controlled chopper to crochet leg & gemeni, single leg hang, gemeni to tia, Comet/Shoe Fly.

Must also perform one minute routine on either the aerial hoop or the aerial trapeze.

We will be selecting 10 girls.

The group will be performing at different venues in Utah and also out of state. You will be paid for each performance. Team members will be paid for their performances.
