Dirty Dancing!

When I originally asked Kira to teach a really really dirty dancing class, I had no idea how dirty she could get. I filmed this class to share on the blog, but I have been procrastinating because I think it might be a little too dirty for our bloggers to handle :) But, the class is called Dirty Dancing, so here it is....enjoy!

I challenge you!

Take 6 classes and lose 3 lbs!

Contest runs September 26th - October 1st
If you take six classes during that week, you should lose 3 lbs. The person with the most weight lost at the end of the week will get a $50 credit on her account she can use toward her membership fees or merchandise.

Weigh in at the front desk on Monday, September 26th any time between 5-9pm

Your final results weigh in will be Saturday, October 1st between 9-11am.

Did you know you can host your own party at our studio? We throw the best bachelorette parties that are sure to make the bride blush. We also do birthday's and girls night out parties.

Your party includes one instructor for one hour on the apparatus of your choice. Choose from a pole party, a circus party (trapeze and silk), or a lap dance party.

New jazz routine!

We have an all new jazz routine for the month of September. I took this song very seriously because it hit a very tender place in my heart. Never let anyone try to take away what's yours whether it be your dreams, your sobriety, or your family.
