If you've ever wanted to do a sexy photo shoot...this is the one you should do. Water is so so sexy and there is no need get your hair professionally done since it will be wet for the majority of the shoot.

Plus we can hide many flaws with bubbles and water. You can pick to do a stand up shower scene or a sexy bubble bath scene. We have rented the most sexy room the Hampton Inn has to offer including a corner jaccuzi tub and beautiful large shower.

Becca's Back!

After a week long trip to New York, Becca has finally returned. While in New York, she competed in the USPDF Pole Competition. She did awesome and got to compete against the best pole dancers in the world. Congrats Becca!

Silks on the street

Break Class

Our break dancing class is getting the hang of things! This week they practiced a one handed kart wheel into an elbow freeze. Thanks to all the students who show up every week to get their break on.

Street Dancing!

For the first time this year, we have been able to hang our aerial equipment and dance right outside our building. We plan to do this every Saturday 12:00-2:00pm. Our friend, Hope Mcurdy, came all the way from SLC to bring her aerial trapeze and show us her skills :)

My day at the spa!

One of our super fun students, Karen Paul, owns a day spa out in Clearfield, UT. She invited me over for a free day of pampering. I got a manicure, pedicure, and a facial. Her spa is so frickin' cute! I just had to take pictures and share:

Chinese Pole

After watching the attached video, I'm seriously considering the possibility of offering Chinese Pole here at Adult Dance and Fitness. The pole is basically the same except for one thing.....it's coated in rubber! Rubber is sticky, sticky means harder tricks!!!

This video is almost 7 minutes long. Notice the amazing jump/pass in the last 30 seconds. Amazing.

I have a new pole move!

It's not secret that I've been slacking when it comes to advanced pole moves. However, Becca convinced me to come take a Pole Fitness 4 class yesterday and I have to say...I kinda fell back in love with pole fitness :)

There were about 8 moves total in the class...I could only do 3 of them. It's a start!

Zombie Prom is coming!

Trish Strank and her husband host this prom every year for charity. They are in need of volunteers to shoot their up coming advertising commercial:

Trapeze!!!

Watch out girls! We will be offering Dance Trapeze Classes starting next Monday. This form of dance has been on my list of things to learn for the past couple of years and it's finally here. RSVP soon. Spots will fill up fast!

Break Dancing Battle

Last night Becca, Adam, and I (Meagan) went to see my man, Justin (break dancing teacher), compete in a break dancing battle. When you watch the video, you'll hear me gushing over how good my man did...then when the judges make their decision you'll hear me say "What the fudge". I thought I had turned off my camera but I had pushed the wrong button....see what happens when one judge makes me mad :) All in all, Justin did a great job but was robbed the win. He had more personality, creativity, and swag than his competitor who basically did nothing but crawl around on the floor in the second round. Boo judges....BOO!

Private Lessons

I have three private lessons tonight. Most women are requesting private lap dancing appointments! I think it's so awesome that the women of Utah are coming out of their shell and embracing the power they have over their men through sensual dance.

I remember the first time I tried to give my man a lap dance. I was shaking and it was actually kind of a hot mess :) Practice makes perfect and I like to think that I'm much better than I was four years ago.

We are going to have a guest sensuality instructor in the studio very soon. Look for the details to be posted in the coming weeks!

The new retail floor designer!

I brought my four year old daughter into work today so Mommy could get a few things taken care of. She got bored so she asked me if she could re-arrange the shoes and clothes. Cute!

Aerial Silk Outdoors

The weather is finally warming up. That means that our aerial teachers and students will start doing outdoor performances again. You can see them fly every Saturday 12:00-2:00pm right outside our front door facing Washington Blvd.
