Tear it up!

I was practicing my routine for the grand opening of Pearl yesterday and I didn't stretch before dancing. Big mistake. I tore my hamstring and it hurts to sit down, stand up, walk, and sleep. Aagh!!! However, I did get it on film to share with everyone. Watch for the pirouette into the tilt split and then "POP". Turn your volume up :)
