Attention pole students! Your pole schedule just got a whole lot easier.
The old schedule:
Pole Fitness 1.0
Pole Fitness 1.5
Pole Fitness 2.0
Pole Fitness 2.5
Pole Fitness 3.0
Pole Fitness 3.5
Pole Fitness 4.0
Blah, blah, blah.... :)
Now, we have condensed the class cirriculum into three easy to understand levels:
Pole Fitness Beginner (for those who were levels 1.0-1.5)
Pole Fitness Intermediate (for those who were levels 2.0-2.5)
Pole Fitenss Advanced (for those who were levels (3.0-4.0)
This change has made your pole schedule more flexible.
Also, we have added over twenty brand new moves to the cirriculum! Now you can stay up to date on the latest pole trends that are happening all over the world.
